Korean Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, salt, 1/4 tsp ginger, black pepper
- Sauce:
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp honey and brown sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and minced garlic
Instructions:
- Dry wings. Toss with wine and spices.
- Set air fryer to 400 F. Make layer of wings, cook 10 mins each side until crispy.
- Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring it to boil over medium low heat while stirring often. Once the sauce starts bubbling and thickens (about 4-5 mins), remove from the heat.
- Coat wings with sauce and serve.
